Yes, the possession is with the society and the possession letter has been pasted on this site in CSCHS DOCUMENTS. |

2. What is the total area allotted to / acquired by the Society for its project? |
325 Acres |

3. What is the present status of the development of the land granted to the Society? |
The following projects are in progress:
- Boundary Wall (Phase-II)
- Sewerage, water supply & Underground water tanks (Phase-III)
- RCC Box Culverts (Phase-IV)
- Construction of Road Pavement (Phase-V)
- Excavation/Cutting/Disposal Works (Phase-VI)

4. What would be the total cost of the plot (allotted to individual members)? |
Every entitled member will get 500 SQ YD. The total cost will depend on the inner and outer development. As of now, it is Rs 2.1 Million charged against the plot. Approximate Rs. 3.5 Million. |

5. When would the Allotment Orders be given to the members? |
All entitled members who have paid their up to date dues have been provided provisional allotment orders. |

6. When would the members be given possession of their plots? |
CSCHS will try to hand over plots by end of 2024. |

7. What is the approximate time-frame of development after which members would be able
to commence construction of their residences? |
By End 2024. |

8. How soon can the members sell their plots? |
